“Citizenfour,” the closest look we’ll ever have at how the largest leak in U.S. government history went down, is about to premier at the New York Film Festival.
While most of us have to wait until Oct. 24 to see the Edward Snowden-NSA documentary, a select few will see it tonight and tomorrow at the New York Film Festival. The documentary was made by filmmaker Laura Poitras, who alongside journalist Glenn Greenwald broke the news of the National Security Agency’s mass surveillance programs.
