Pinterest is launching a new product that lets you find your personal color palette based on the color schemes of Pins you’ve saved. This new tool taps into the discovery and visual bookmarking service’s strength in fashion and is the result of an integration with women’s fashion provider Topshop.

Users can log into sites like Topshop using their Pinterest credentials and select one of their saved boards. The new Pinterest Palette (as it’s called) will reveal all the colors that are in the user’s Pins and then recommend items that might fit that style. Obviously, this collaboration is starting with Topshop, but that’s not to say other fashion-centric brands couldn’t also take advantage of Pinterest Palette.

This integration makes Topshop the first international developer to become part of Pinterest’s Developers Platform since it publicly debuted in July. It joins the likes of IFTTT and fellow fashion site Polyvore.

A company spokesperson told VentureBeat that the launch of this tool was timed to coincide with Fashion Weeks taking place in New York City, Paris, London, and Milan. Beyond appealing to fashionistas, having a tool to help men and women dress better and understand how to put together outfits could be empowering.

TOPSHOP PINTEREST- How it works

Pinterest says more than 24 million fashion ideas are Pinned everyday, often by those who happen to stumble across an outfit that looks good and want to save it for inspiration. The idea is to leverage that collection and apply it to your shopping experience at Topshop (or Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, or others that may join the Pinterest program in future).
